Vendor Terms

1. Vendor Obligations Vendors must provide accurate and lawful services to Users and follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies. Misrepresentation, unauthorized activities, or any violation of Meta's guidelines will lead to suspension or termination of access. 2. Data Security and Privacy Vendors are responsible for safeguarding User data, complying with all data protection laws, and ensuring data confidentiality. Data misuse or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited. 3. Payments and Fees Vendors must pay all service fees as outlined in their agreement. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services. 4. Indemnity Vendors agree to indemnify M-Tech Systems from any claims or liabilities resulting from misuse of the platform or violations of these terms. 5. Compliance with Meta Policies Vendors must strictly adhere to Meta’s guidelines to maintain access to the WhatsApp Business API through our platform.
